Refund policy

Eastwood Studios accepts merchandise returns within 7 days of delivery (excluding custom orders and sale items). Contact us at hello@eastwood-studios.com to process a return, and a return shipping label will be e-mailed to you. Items must be shipped within 24 hours after shipping label is e-mailed to the customer. 

Jewelry must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original form of payment once they are received. 

If you received the wrong item or your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be more than happy to arrange a replacement.
